- Information You Provide to Us:
- Personal Information: Your name and email address when you create an account or a support ticket.
- Photos & Videos (Optional): Media (such as screenshots or screen recordings) that you voluntarily choose to upload when submitting a support request. This feature is entirely optional and is used only to help diagnose and resolve your issue.
- Messages: The content of your support chats, which are synced using Firebase and Pusher to provide real-time assistance.
- Information Collected Automatically:
- Device Information: Unique device identifiers used to enforce our single-device login policy and enhance security.
- Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the App, such as features used and time spent, to help us improve our services.
- Push Notification Tokens: An anonymous token used to send you real-time alerts about support replies and important updates.
- Course & Third-Party Information:
- Payment Information: For purchases on Android or the web, payments are securely processed by Razorpay. For purchases made on iOS devices, transactions are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
- Files & Documents: Course materials such as PDFs, documents, and images that we provide to you within the App.
- Embedded Content: Educational videos streamed via third-party services like YouTube or Vimeo, which may collect viewing data according to their own privacy policies.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:
- To create, manage, and secure your account.
- To provide you with access to courses and stream educational content.
- To enforce our secure login policy on a single registered device.
- To process payments securely through trusted third-party gateways (Razorpay and Apple).
- To deliver real-time chat support and send push notifications.
- To assist in resolving your support tickets using the media you optionally provide.
- To protect our course content using screen capture prevention mechanisms.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share limited data with essential third-party service providers to operate the App:
- Apple: For processing In-App Purchases on iOS devices.
- Firebase & Pusher: For powering real-time support messaging and notifications.
- YouTube/Vimeo: For in-app educational video playback (subject to their respective privacy policies).
4. Permissions We Request
We request the following permissions only when required to enable specific features, and always with your consent:
- Camera: To allow you to take photos or videos for a support ticket. Usage is optional and initiated by you.
- Photos & Media: To allow you to upload existing images or videos from your device when requesting support. Usage is optional and initiated by you.
- Notifications: To alert you about important updates or support replies.
- Files & Documents: To allow the App to access and display course materials like PDFs on your device.
5. Data Security
We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All user data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS), and sensitive information is securely stored using industry best practices to prevent unauthorized access.
6. Your Rights and Account Deletion
You have control over your personal data.
Account Deletion: You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time directly within the AFFI app. To do so, please navigate to your Profile, select the “Edit Profile” option, and follow the on-screen instructions for account deletion.
Alternatively, you may request deletion by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a request, we will permanently delete your personal information, such as your name, email, and usage data, in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you within the App and will be reflected by an updated “Effective Date” at the top of this policy.
